Family and Parenting Counselling

Create understanding, respect, and love within families. Whether it’s parents, teenage children, adult siblings, or their partners, our goal is to foster a supportive and caring family environment.

I’m Sangeeta Sirohi, a Vancouver therapist offering individual, couples, and family counselling. With advanced training in forensic psychology and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) the third generation CBT. DBT focuses on bringing about balance in life rather than focusing only on bringing about change allowing us to provide more than “just talk therapy.” My integrated approach blends evidence-based techniques with compassion, cultural awareness, and lived experience to help you create meaningful change.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, or relationship struggles, you don’t have to go through it alone.
